- Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Return Instructions:
- After we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- All return items must be sent back to us in their original condition and packaging.
- Please ensure to use a trackable shipping service for returns. Market Boy is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

- Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive the item(s).
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@moonfitters.com with photos of the damage or defect.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and once we confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
Late or Missing Refunds
