  • Condition of Items: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Sale, clearance, or final sale items
    • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (unless defective)
    • Custom or personalized products (unless defective)

Refund Process

    • To begin the refund process, please contact our customer service team at support@marketboy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Return Instructions:

    • After we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
    • All return items must be sent back to us in their original condition and packaging.
    • Please ensure to use a trackable shipping service for returns. Market Boy is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  3. Processing Your Refund:

    • Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive the item(s).

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@moonfitters.com with photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and once we confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Late or Missing Refunds
