Market Boy Return & Exchange Policy

At Moon Fitters , we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help make things right. Please read our return and exchange policy below:

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (unless faulty)
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@moonfitters.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
    • Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during the return shipment.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@moonfitters.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
